Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. After giving up her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel was competing in fitness shows aged 16. Within a year, she earned her Pro Card aged 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model and a sponsored athlete. She started to compete at fitness competitions after quitting her gymnastics career from childhood. Within a single year, she was granted her professional card at 17 years old. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now among the oldest IFBB Pro. Ariel took six year off from performing after she earned Pro-Card to finish her college studies. When she completed her college degree, Ariel returned in the year 2015. The show continued in the same way she left off in previous events, such as those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She continued to compete throughout the years following her debut, establishing higher expectations for herself each year. By the time 2009 ended she was the winner of the titles of four other fitness contests. She also became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) by winning the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken the time off for six years from competing after earning her pro card to complete her college degree. Her return came in October of 2015, with her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. At the show, she came in third. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage three months later taking sixth place within the Fitness Division. Ariel was completely no expectations going in and was thrilled by her performance. Ariel was competing with some of the world's top athletes. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel enjoys working her back. The workouts she does to work her back are bent-over rows on the machine using single-arm lat pull-downs. The warm-up is done prior to working on the sets. Ariel is extremely efficient with her time. She does this by super creating all of the back exercises she does, doing 3 or 4 supersets of 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is sort of exercise twice a week, with one day being a light weight day and another days heavy weight.
