Rachelle Lefevre
Rachelle Lefevre was born in Canada. Her first role as an actor occurred while she was employed at a cafe. The restaurant's Canadian film producer came across her when she waited tables. Lefevre then moved from Canada to Los Angeles and earned a regular role on the TV program What About Brian (2006). Lefevre's ambitions in acting were uncovered by a customer from Montreal while she was working as an teen in the restaurant. The regular put Lefevre into contact with a casting agent. The result was a Canadian television sitcom. The actress was featured in several shows of David. Kelley's Boston Legal (2004). It led to her leading performance in the 2008 U.S. adaptation of the BBC hit Life on Mars. Her father's family was French, though Lefevre grew to speak mostly English but she ultimately moved from Montreal to Los Angeles in 2004 due to the lack of English-speaking parts in Montreal. Her most notable role was Catherine Hardwicke's Twilight adaptation. It is the first novel in an ongoing series of popular teenage vampire novels.
